108 Flinders St > Melbourne

108 Flinders is situated on the eastern end of Flinders Street on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD, overlooking the Yarra River.

Designed by multi award winning architects Fender Katsalidis, 108 Flinders Street’s designs capitalise on the breathtaking views of the city and surrounding parkland.

The 190 apartment building features a sculptural facade, porte cochere, rooftop terrace, tranquil internal courtyard, gymnasium, residents lounge and two retail spaces.

The ACDC lane retail tenancy is occupied by Peruvian restaurant Pastuso, who earned their first Chef’s Hat within two months of operation.

108 Flinders was completed in August 2014.
