The Landings > Coomera

The Landings comprises 278 master-planned and varied allotments across 27 hectares. Built on the site of the former aviation museum, adjacent to the Dreamworld theme park and bounded by Abraham Road, Reserve Road and Pacific Highway, it provides valuable amenity for the burgeoning residential area, popular for its ideal locality and nearby educational facilities.
The development included an allocation of 25 per cent open space. A large section of the Yaun Creek and reserve was carefully landscaped with plants, walking tracks and seating.
The site was purchased in 2003 and development completed in 2008.
